Please join us in welcoming Trent Kuster to Summit, where he will play an important role in supporting business development initiatives, customer engagement, and CRM optimization.
Trent brings a unique combination of customer relationship management, data analysis, and customer support experience that will help strengthen Summit's ability to connect with prospective customers and support their project needs. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a talent for building relationships, solving problems, and leveraging data to improve business processes and customer outcomes.
Prior to joining Summit, Trent worked as a Customer Support Specialist with Therapy Notes. In this role, he developed strong communication and problem-solving skills while collaborating with multiple teams to address complex customer needs.
He also served as a CRM Specialist with Dealer Synergy, where he became proficient in CRM platforms including Salesforce, VinSolutions, and Elead. Earlier in his career, he worked with Pro Football Focus, where his data analysis skills consistently placed him among the organization's top-performing data agents.
In his new role, Trent will focus on helping Summit optimize its CRM platform while ensuring prospective customers receive timely follow-up and support. His efforts will help strengthen customer relationships, improve business development processes, and ensure clients can efficiently access the services and expertise they need to successfully complete their projects.

Looking ahead, Trent hopes to enhance Summit's CRM capabilities, improve lead management processes, and help ensure every potential customer receives the attention and support needed to move projects forward.
Outside of work, he is a passionate Philadelphia sports fan, particularly when it comes to the Eagles and Sixers. He also enjoys bass fishing, a hobby he has embraced over the last several years as a way to relax and recharge.
