The Driller’s Assistant maintains a critically important role as they support our licensed drillers while learning the key aspects of their own path to success

As a Summit Driller Assistant, you will work hand-in-hand with a licensed driller in the completion of daily tasks in the field. The driller’s assistant, together with the driller and other team members share a collective opportunity to assure the customer is 100% satisfied with the daily site activities. You are an important and integral part of the team and represent the future as the next generation of field leaders.

Our Driller Assistants will learn to operate a wide variety of field equipment and obtain licenses and certifications. From drill rigs to vacuum excavation rigs, hand augers to air knifing, the opportunities for advancement are extensive.
